What to Know Before We Talk

We work with a focused group of attorneys and law firms each quarter. This call is the first step in seeing whether our model, timing, and expectations align.

Is this a sales call?

Think of this as a working strategy session. We’ll ask detailed questions about your practice areas, markets, and current intake and consultation process. If we’re confident we can help, we’ll walk you through how our system works and what implementation could look like. If not, we’ll point you to the best next step—even if that’s not us.

Who should be on the call?

Ideally, the managing partner or the person responsible for growth and marketing in your firm. If you have an operations or intake lead, they’re welcome as well. We find the most productive calls include the person who owns the numbers and the person who runs the day-to-day process.

What does it cost?

The strategy session itself is free. If we mutually decide to work together, we’ll outline pricing and options on the call. We typically work with firms that are serious about growth and have the capacity to handle additional qualified matters.
